CANCELLATION POLICY
At Auténtica Lashes, your time is valuable, and so is ours. I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. You need to contact ME 24hrs PRIOR to your appointment. ✅ Cancellations made 24hours before your appointment will not be charged. ❌ DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ❌ Same-day cancellations or no-call/no-shows will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. ❌ No children or extra guests are allowed in the suite.
